After years working in high-responsibility corporate environments, I realized how easy it is for women to become consumed by routines, expectations and constant movement — while slowly losing connection with themselves along the way. Empowerdise was born as a space to pause, reconnect and experience life more fully again through meaningful oceanfront experiences, intentional connection and beautiful shared moments.
